Trouble with business phone return

I am having trouble returning desktop and handheld phones via UPS. They say the barcodes scanned do not show up on their system for return. Also, the xfinity service center says they aren't able to take anything that's from the business accounts. Is there a different method in returning these phones?

user_ab7531 Thank you for creating a post. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble returning your equipment. The Xfinity Store reps may not be able to manage business accounts, which would include the equipment as well, but you should be able to bring them to The UPS Store to have returned without any issues. Was this a UPS drop-off location or an authorized store labeled "The UPS Store"?

Was the barcode from a shipping label or off of the equipment directly? I'm not seeing any changes with UPS's directions, and our documents show they will scan, pack, and ship the equipment back to our warehouse without any charge to you.

@Comcast_Thomas​ The barcode is off the equipment directly. There is two desktop phones and 3 handheld phones.
