Trouble with address when switching from Business to Residential

​I’ve run into a blocker switching from Business to Residential. After calling business support, all I need to do is activate residential service through Xfinity, then sign the voluntary disconnect form they sent me to turn off business service.​

​My address is blocked for use on Xfinity. It says “this looks like a business address” online when I search it. After calling Xfinity support, they even opened a ticket to fix this and add my address to residential, however the ticket came back saying residential service wasn’t available at my address. (which is a definite mistake, as it’s a house and currently has Comcast business service)​

​I’m not sure what to do next. Please help.​
