Tried to renew contact for the past 2 days but cannot reach Loyalty Dept and nobody called.
I am trying to renew my contract for internet service for the past 2 days. Spent over 4 hours but with no success. Called and got disconnected multiple times. Left messages for the past 2 days, nobody called. Chat, told to call the Comcast Business 800 number. So... how am I suppose to renew contract or should I just go to AT&T Fiber now?

@user_badminton I apologize for the experience. Are you reaching out to (800) 391-3000 this is the best number we recommend for internet service plans.
