Trick terms ETF

Hi there,

I called to close my account today, but the agent told me that I have a two years contract with the Comcast. If I need to cancel it which I have to pay a ETF and 75% of remaining monthly payment, and its about seven hundreds. I’m a small business owner and I’ve been with Comcast for a year. The reason I need to close my account that is I just sold my business, and the new owner he doesn’t want to take over my contract. The agent told my everything is shown on the contract which I signed with Comcast, but before I signed anything the sales person didn’t mention any of that part of 75% remaining payments which I need to pay. I have all the email records for both of us which never mentioned that part. The agent said that is the knowledge automatically needs to know. It’s really a trick. When the sales push us to use their services that they don’t say anything such as penalties and ETF in ahead, but once you signed the contract you can not change anything. My home is using the Comcast too. That makes me considering to change another telecom. BE CAREFUL!!! when you decide to use the Comcast. Don’t be regret!!!
