Transferring service

Hi,

 

I am moving and want to transfer my Comcast TELEWORKER account. I was directed to cancel the old account and docusign a an agreement for the new one. The new account contract asks me to sign up for an installation service which costs 49$. However for cost and convenience reasons, I was thinking of moving the equipment myself and doing a self install. How do I opt for that? A couple of emails I sent for this ended up with no response.
