Transfer To Residential

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to transfer to residential service without having to pay ETF. I had talked with a sales representative when I signed up and they told me that as long as my account was in good standing for 6 months (which is has been) I could transfer the remainder of my contract to residential service without penalty. I probably have at least one more year left on my contract, but would really like to go residential and drop my business class service. 

 

If anyone can help with this on where to get started or if it is even possible please let me know.

Hi and thanks! I can look into the business to residential conversion so we can get it figured out. Please Private Message your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number so we can get started.
