Transfer from commercial business to residential for a home based business

As the title states, we currently have comcast business and after multiple hours on the phone no one seems to have the capabilities to transfer from business to residential with minimal downtime. We have gotten the ring around being transferred more than 8 times between the business side of things. We need to keep all of our security cameras connected as much as possible while doing a simple change on comcasts side.

user_8f14f1 Do you know what steps have already been tried by the business team? My thought is that we would need to create a serviceability ticket to have the address transferred to a residential address first, but I am honestly not sure if the business account would need to be disconnected first in order to do so.
