Too many account numbers!!!!

I am having an issue with multiple account numbers associated with my business service address.....

I cant get a handle on the accounts and when the bills are due. There is a seperate account for Internet and for Cable, as well as closed accounts that are still being billed to this same address! 

My service for over 45 rooms in a motel is now currently disconnected because of this issue and I cant get anyone on the 1800 number to assist (although they gladly took my payment)
