Tier 2 is like the Wizard of OZ
I have been calling cust support Sunce Sunday when I recived a ticket # ands was told a tier 2 rep would call me in 8 hours. Wedndsday and no call.....There is no way to contact them and they will not call me. I need help and Im not getting it!

Well I was called on Monday and was told my issue would be resoled, it is Wednesday I checked my account and the issue is not resolved. The best part of the story is that the number the guy gave me , that I called him on Monday on, is disconnected. I had to call Tier 1 AGAIN and start over. THis is the most nonprofessional assistance I have ever received, Tier 2 doesn't bother to follow through with anything. I have had it!

Sounds about right. I have been waiting for two weeks for someone at Comcast to do their job.
