There is an orange cable in my yard - Pet Tangled In It!

Hello, 

Our neighbors moved in about 6 months ago and their drop cable is still in our yard. We thought our only concern was going to be mowing around it but last night our dog got tangled in the cable and could not move. Luckily we got him out without injury but we really need someone to bury or at least move the cable out of our yard ASAP before there is an injury, please!
