The account number you entered already exists in My Account. Only accounts that have not been previo

I am attempting to link three accounts.  I linked two successfully, but am getting the following message when attempting to link the third:  "The account number you entered already exists in My Account. Only accounts that have not been previously set up on My Account may be linked."  The account has not been previously set up.  How do I resolve this issue?

Hello UCWI3901,

 

If there is already a user activated on the third account it will give that error. Can you please send me a private message with the account numbers so we can investigate?
