Termination of Contract
Hello,
I have spoken with one of the customer service agent and told her the current situation of the building As of January 1, 2017 we were informed that our lease is not renewable since the building would be torn down to build a 6 stories condo or a mini hotel. I have requested a termination of the service on April 30, 2017 since the new office location that I will be moving in is already equipped with the internet. Please advise where to get the waiver form for the Early Termination . Thanks

All disconnect requests and early termination fee waiver requests can be made to the retention department at 800-391-3000.

I WANTED TO CANCEL THE TV PART OF MY CONTRACT AND THE PHONE PART SINCE WE MOVED TO OUR NEW LOCATION THE OFFICE IS JUST WAY TO SMALL FOR A TV AND WE ARE ONLY AT THE BUILDING FOR FOUR HRS A DAY IN THE AM HOURS AND EVRYONE HAS A MOBILE PHONE SO THERES NO NEED FOR A PHONE
ALSO IF YOU CAN ASSIST ME I WAS TOLD I SHOULD GO TO COMCAST AND HAVE YOU PUT AN APP OR SOMETHING IN MY LABTOP SO WHEN I GO OUT OF TOWN I CAN DIAL INTO MY COMPUTOR AT THE OFFICE AND ALSO PRINT STUFF ON MY PRINTER IN THE OFFICE EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT THERE.THE COMCAST OFFICE IS NOT WHERE IS USED TO BE THE BUILDING IS EMPTY CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS OR DO I JUST GO BUY A PROGRAM SOMEWHERE AND WHAT WOULD THE PROGRAM BE

Hello dennissoloy,
If you're wanting to completely remove your phones and tv you can reach out to the retention department at 800-391-3000.
The program you're talking about sounds like a remote desktop software which we unfortunately do not offer. I recommend speaking to your IT person about getting one set up or doing some quick google searches on the top rated ones.

How many days notice (and in what form) do you require for termination of a contract? We are switching only our T1 line to a new provider. We will be keeping our Internet and TV services.

If you're looking to disconnect any line of business you can start the process by contacting our retention department at 800-391-3000. They will be able to provide the disconnect paperwork and details on the disconnect process.
