Tax Exemption - can't get it applied

My organization is a tax-exempt public high school. I've sent in the necessary documentation on a few occasions, but we are still being charged tax on our bill. This complicates things for our business office. I've actually been paying the tax amount on a personal credit card to avoid a service disruption.
