Tax Exempt Certificate

Hello -- How do I upload our Church's tax exempt certificate?  When I try using the Comcast Tax Billing Portal, it doesn't recognize my log in information.

Otherwise, you can contact our Customer Service team at (800) 391-3000. They'll be the most qualified to advise you on how to share your tax-exempt certificate with us on your account.

Shouldn't my current login credentials for our Business account be valid for Comcast Billing Tax Support?   Please advise, thanks.

I would believe it should be the same login credentials to upload documents as well. My team is limited in our access to the Tax Portal, but we can submit a ticket to have our backend support receive the documents and see about uploading them for you in a different route. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the " Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
