Switching from Business to Residential

I was just on the phone with 3 different people who all told me something different I am not happy with my business account which I work from home full time so I was told better service which not difference at all. So now because I am in a contract they want to charge me $175 to end the contract when I am staying with the same Comcast company not leaving them!!  They already sending me the equipment for the residential service because they said there would be no fees. I was told that I would not get charged any fees because I am paying the same or more for my services.  It has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!  This is all the same Comcast company and they compete with each other I think it is terrible!
