Switching from Business to Residental Internet

I've been considering switching over to Comcast residential for internet usage because the plans that the residential services provide give better value than the business internet. For example, I can get gigabit-speed internet for the nearly same price that I'm paying for my 75mbit service(!!)

According to some information, I'd have to pay another $200 installation fee to do this? And I would have to pay an early termination fee for my business internet, if my calculations are correct, are $1000 ??

I've been a Comcast business customer for nearly a decade, but the prices are just lopsided for the business class.
