Switching from business account to residential

I have a comcast business account and want to move to the residential Xfinity. The primary restriction is no (or minimal) disruption in internet service as I am mostly working from home.

Is it possible?

Hello, @sunnypainless! Thank you for reaching out to the Comcast Business Forums. You may be able to switch from Comcast Business to an Xfinity residential account as long as your location is residential serviceable. You can look up your location, and find residential plans listed here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers

I would recommend you contact our Business Team directly, to review your business account agreement details before making a switch. They can be reached at 800-391-3000.

My exact address is not showing for residential (probably because they are marked as business address) but my neighbors are using xfinity residential service
