Switch to paper billing
The online system will not allow me to change from an ecobill to a paper bill. Our company has a total of 14 accounts with Comcast. I changed the billing to paper on 6 of these accounts. The other 8 accounts the system does not let me change. I spent approximately one hour on the phone on February 25th with a gentlemen named Paul. He assured me that all accounts were switched to paper billing. This did not occur. The following accounts need to be switched to paper;

If our accounts are not switched to paper billing, I will be forced to file an official compliant with the FCC.

The accounts are still showing as ecobill online. I tried to change them but it won't allow me.
