Switch from Business to Residential

I have closed down my home based business and would like to switch my Comcast Business Internet/Phone to Xfinity Residential Internet only to lower my costs.

The Comcast Account is currently under contract (with more than 6 month elapsed since signing) and I would like to accomplish this without paying an ETF or without much downtime.

I hope you can provide help/guidance and get the process started for me.

There are a few things we will need to complete before we can get everything up and running.  Please reach out to me in private by clicking the "chat" icon, and then contact Xfinity Support. Please do not try a certain name as it will not work. Only Xfinity Support will work :) When doing so, also include your full name and the full service address. Hi Lysa

I cannot find "Xfinity Support" on Chat. The Only Chat Contact with Xfinity in the Name is "XfinityLife" - otherwise I can find "ComcastBiz_Support" or "Comcast Business".

Please double check and let me know who I should reach out to

I appreciate the response and you letting me know the available options. Please continue with Comcast Business. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
