Switch from Business to Residential
Good morning. I would like to switch back to residential from business because I will be leaving my current job in the next several months and do not require the extras for personal use. I will also need the lower cost because I will be footing the bill instead of my company. I have heard horror stories about this process with new installation fees being required and excessive early termination fees. I would just like to know if there is a route I can take that is not would not require all these extra fees. I have been a Comcast customer for 10 plus years, so would hope that customer service would be willing to work with me in my situation. Thank you so much.
