Switch from Business to Residential Account
Hello,
We want to transfer our Comcast Business internet account back to a residential account. There were no issues on the Business side. It was just cheaper to bundle everything together as a Triple Play option. We have already received a new self-install kit, so we just need to get everything transferred. We want to keep our existing e-mail address. If somebody can help us out, please let me know. Thanks.
