Still waiting for a response. No follow up after 5 days

Still waiting for a follow up from anyone in management regarding misleading and deceptive contract. Got no call back from a voicemail left on 9/7 (5 days ago) . I also posted on this forum and got an automated response to private message. Can someone from Comcast explain how to private message? There's no link anywhere on this site.

Where did you send the private message to? No message was at the email you have on file. Otherwise, I would have responded already.
