STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST..NOTHING BUT CROOKS. RE: TERMINATION FEE
Since I first received comcast, dealing with the "customer service" has been a joke. They go above and beyond NOT to help you. My business was recently moved to a city where comcast does not provide service. Apparently if you move in a area that doesn't provide service you are still required to pay the termination fee which is $240. I was willing to transfer my service and keep comcast until my contract was up in a few months, at which point I wouldv'e left comcast anyways due to their joke of customer service. I spoke to Patrick [Removed] who said there was nothing he could do. Shocker! A comcast rep unable to help?! I have filed a complaint with the FCC aand Public Utilites Commissioner. My recommendation is that everyone, home and business STAY CLEAR OF COMCAST and go to AT&T. Thank you comcast for a horribe year and a half. Happy holidays....and I have a nice suggestion of where you can put that holiday candy cane 🙂
