Someone is reading our emails
Hello!
Could you please help me. Our company has 8 emails on your servers. About a year ago one of our employee's has left and now we think that he has a full access to all our email accounts. Will it be enough to change all our email passwords to stop him and how can we check, that he lost access to our emails?

1. Was the former employee technical administrator to your account?
2. Have you try to reset the password on your account and the secret question?
- Retrieve or change your Comcast Business online account username or password

Hello Comcast_Jon,
He has an access to administrator account, but yesterday we changed password and secret question for administrator account. Also we changed all passwords to our user's emails. Thank you for answer.
