SOC Report For SmartOffice Video Surveillance Solution

We have business class service at 5 locations.  One of them is interested in adding your SmartOffice Video Surveillance Solution.  One of our employees exchanged several emails with one of your sales people regarding the security of the video stored in your on-line vault.  They asked for a copy of your SOC report to satisfy our auditors / regulators.  Your sales person said he could not provide such a report.

How can I get a copy of your SOC report?  If I can't, we won’t be able to purchase your service.
