Service? ? ?

For over a week now our service (and we foolishly signed up for data and VOICE) goes completely out several times a day for 10 to 15 minutes. Our users are outraged and we are at a loss for an explanation. Of course no one at Comcast - assuming you can EVER get to someone - has any idea but they will all "look into it" - and still we have service like a yoyo. Anyone have any ideas other than going back to Verizon.

Hi JDavid.  For problems with connectivity of your phone lines and Internet a service call will be necessary to properly diagnose and repair the problem. The Regional Support Center @ 800-391-3000 can schedule the appointment at a time the meets your needs.  Also we can assist with scheduling the appointment.  Please let us know.
