Service drop connection detached from building + pole change - I need customer service phone number

ISSUE 1: We are in the middle of construction and we need the service drop connection for our coax relocated from an old utility pole to a new utility pole. A new utility pole was installed because the old one was no longer suitable to hold service connections. 

ISSUE 2: The physical coax cable line that attaches from the pole to the home/office was detached. It was hanging loosely from the pole on to the ground. It was no longer connected to the building--meaning we did not have service for months. I needed to create my own connection so that we can sporadically have connection while construction is happening.  I need a proper connection from the pole to the service mast on the roof. 

It will be much easier if there is someone I can talk to instead of taking days sending back and forth single DMs. This forum doesn't even properly notify me via email when I receive a DM (even though this option is enabled in my settings/profile).
