Service Canceled 9 months ago... Comcast STILL billing me.

My seervice at one home was cacelled over 9 months ago - I have confirmations and support calls over 12 times. Each time I get the 'we will get this fixed right away' then... a few later I get a bill for it. The support calls start all over again. How pathetic. 

 

Service in my new home has been fine.

 

Is Comcast really this awful at a simple thing?  How hard is it for them to turn off a service. Why do they keep billing me, then I havew to call support, they say it's an error and will fix it. Then it starts all over again.
