Have you contacted support yet to receive the tax exempt paperwork?

No. I wasn't sure where to begin. Can the paperwork be emailed? Thank you. Albert

Hello servantstoall,
I have escalated this to our regional billing team who should be reaching out to you with the paperwork. If you don't hear anything within the next 48 hours please let us know.
Thank you

I have this same issue, we are a Federal government organization, U.S. Air Force, and as such are tax exempt. I have spoken to customer service and they told we to send our tax exempt staus paperwork to the following e-mail address, wstbsg_ppwk@cable.comscast.com, I have done this and have heard nothing back and the sales tax is still being applied to our bills.
What do I need to do to get this resolved?
