Returned Equipment Fee Stuck on Bill

I switched to my own modem for my Comcast business account and returned the Comcast equipment, but I'm still being charged the equipment fee. I have an image of the return receipt. Multiple attempts to talk to reps on the phone has not resolved the issue. Is there anyone here that can help?

Thanks Jacob - someone called last week to get it cleared up and my new bill shows that it has been fixed.
