I'd like to know where it says in the terms and agreement that you cant return equipment until after the 60 day cancellation? I've read the whole document and I can't find it anywhere. I've tried twice to return my equipment and they say they can't accept the return on an active account. That's nice because they're chargning me for equipment rental. This isn't legal.

I'm sorry you have been misinformed and told you cannot return your equipment. Just as a heads up you can take your equipment into any UPS store and they will ship it back to us. Do you have a UPS store near by instead of getting push back form the service center?
