Hi dsfd. I apologize for the confusion. Currently customers have the following options for returning leased equipment to Comcast.
•Return to a Service Center - Customers can return equipment to any Comcast service centers. Customers should retain their receipt when returning equipment to a Service Center.
•Technician Visit - Customers can request that a Comcast technician retrieve leased equipment at the service address where the equipment was installed, by contacting the Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000.
•Customers Shipping Equipment - Customers can choose to ship equipment via a standard delivery service (USPS, UPS, Fedex) to a Comcast Service center. Shipping boxes and forms are not provided by Comcast. Please retain the tracking number of the shipment
Here is a link to the Local Service Centers in your area.
Thank You
