Retiring

I signed a three year contract with Comcast Business in June 2018. After 40 years as a tax accountant I decided to retire In July 2019

and submitted to IRS to terminate my tax ID number. I had spoken to two employees at Comcast Business that said if I showed proof of

business closure the ETF would be waived. Now I am hitting a stone wall as the CSR from the business is saying no that's not the

procedure. Right now I am basically paying $220 a month for voice mail as I moved my home based business into another residence. I had Comcast Residential hook up the service here. What's the point of having Comcast Business if there is no business?
