Retention - or lack there of

I have been a loyal user of CB since at least 2014. Year to date my total billing is above  17,000.00
Yesterday my business internet exploded by 130.00. to 260.28. I am on a fixed income. I cannot afford a 260.28 monthly bill.
Ultimate Business Package Includes: Business Internet Performance and SecurityEdge: 229.90
Equipment Fee: 27.95
I was aware that the current contract cycle was ending, and I have repeatedly called customer retention about a new contract, so I could retain service.
I was infuriated each time by the same spiel that ended "Those are for new customers only", essentially telling me we don;t care.

So if I have this right, new customers get all sorts of breaks but decades long customers get the high hard one?
I do not want to leave but you are forcing my hand.
The new billing cycle starts midnight the 27th.

Someone here want to help me or do I tell you I don't care and cancel service?

I await a response

Hello and welcome to our Business forums. @user_d1586f have you contacted your sales contact person and see what they can get you into a new deal?

Let's take a look at what we can do for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "direct messaging" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.• Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
