Recurring service discount suddenly dropped.

I've had a $10 monthly service discount since siging up with Comcast Business. I noticed this month's bill was a couple dollars higher than it should be (or has ever been). looking at the bill, I see the monthly service discount has dropped to $8.06 - I'd like to know why this happened and why I wasn't notified about it ahead of time.

Hello XtopherPDX,being that you're still within your contract term the promo has been re-added. Your bill will reflect this change in the next 48 hours.

Thanks for the initial help, Jacob, but it's been well over 48 hours and my bill still reflects the incorrect amount.
