I too am having trouble with service. We signed up for three different locations Comcast would show up and say I can install it need to be done by construction, then they reschedule come out again with the same excuse. The one location they have installed we can sign up for email, can't do anything to manage on the web site. Called, emailed our rep that does nothing.
Comcast has a good sales pitch, but can't follow thru on their end.
I hated Verizon and was assured Comcast would be much better, well I guess when someone is lying to you over the phone what can you do.
Comcast shame on you.
