Hi

I return SMC business class modem 2 week a go, I have receipt of that (account# xxxxxxxxxx0125043)

ticket # CR 381 8824 424

*** Receipt # G81071514121129000001  ******07/15/2014 ; 12:11PM, 

I saw my bill 7/25/2014 for August still charge $12.95 for Equipment Fee.

I saw SMC modem was Removed from my account last week.

Please make an adjustment for our BILL. (bill without Equipment Fee)
