Re: Disconnecting service form.
I called on 8/1/14 to have sevices disconnected for our business account. The form was e-mailed to me, filled out and e-mailed back to Comcast that same day. I am still receiving bills for this account and when I called today I was informed that the disconnection form was still being "processed". I need this account cancelled ASAP as we have already moved out of this facility over 2 months ago.
