puzzled bill of Sep. 2014
Really I applied a service to ask you to check my telephone line because my phone is not workable. You sent a guy to check it and found your box is not in good condition so that the data is not normal. This caused my phone can not be used. But I can't understand why you charge me one time charge of trouble call for $99.95. I think it is not reasonable for this charge. It's the problem of your equipment not my mistake. My account no. (edited for account security).
