Primary User email address - how do I get it changed/updated?

Hello, 

 

I have Comcast Business Internet for my small company. When I started, the only email address I had was a temporary "internet" based account. I would like to update my account to reflect my business email address so that e-bills come to the right place.

 

I have tried Comcast Technical Support and they tell me it is not possible for them to change the email address on file. Can you help?

 

If it is not possible to change it, would the other solution be to close the account and open up a new one?

 

I hope not to have to resort to the inconvenience of shutting down and opening account, but if that's the only way to fix the problem then so be it.

Hello Jacob - Can you help me do this as well?  I have called customer service 6 times, yes, 6 times about this issue.  Each time I get passed around to several techs and at the end of each call i get a promise that it's fixed and that it takes 48 hours to see the changes reflected on the website.  It has been three months since I started this and it is still incorrect.  I have spent hours trying to get this updated with no luck.  Thanks.

I also need my primary email address changed.

It isn't valid anymore.

I have same problem, I now have 3 different account; 2 business and 1 residential, that all had to be set up wth unique primary user email addresses.  Customer phone support is HORRIBLE, 3 hours spent and they threw me over the fence to chat support, who thre me over the fence to fend for myself.  I'm about to leave Comcast all together just simply because of their lack of customer support for business accounts and go with a local competitor if this can't be fixed.  I'm in IT and know it can.  Help me please.  Extremely frustrated!!!
