Power outage compensation

I own a business and internet runs my phone, cash registers, credit card machines, security cameras and emails which are all necessary to operate it. This is the second day of internet interruption due to outages. I’m loosing money for the business because of the inconvenience to customers. They can not call me, I can not run credit cards?!?!? I would like some compensation for this. Please let me know who to talk to.

divaatheart, appreciate you posting on the forums about your service interruption. I know this has been a major inconvenience and we'd be happy to apply a credit for the time you were down. Are you up and running now?
