Porting of numbers
On November 1st, 2014, I moved my office location into my home for economic and health reasons. I asked that AT&T be able to port my numbers as Comcast is not available in my home. Today is December 10th and the request has not been honored yet. You have virtually put me out of business by not honoring my request. If someone would kindly give me a call and/or allow this to be done immediately, I'd appreciate it. Oh, how funny of me! You can't call me cause the phone has not been changed.
Thanks, Comcast. Thanks a whole lot. For 34 years of being in business for myself, I've never had to grovel like I have with you.

P.S. My "other" phone is (removed for security).

I assure you that if Comcast ever comes through my area I will use your service. Its just I've been put into a terrible bind getting these numbers ported over and had to move before it got done. I'd like a confirmation from someone when this is done, if I could.
Thanks,
Karen Shoffner

Here it is Saturday, December 13 at 5:20 pm and I still am not ported back to A T & T like I was promised by several of your personnel. I was even given a math lesson on how to tell time by "Boris" yesterday. When I called and spoke with him and informed him it had not been done he informed me that the day was not over and had 7 more hours till midnight. I'm so weary of this. Please help me by getting my numbers (865)494-9829 and (865)494-7380 ported back to AT&T so I can continue business on Monday.
Thank you,
KSHOF
