Payment arrangement confirmation is useless

Had a few bad months and haven't been able to pay my bill as scheduled but always made payment arrangements to get it paid but even with confirmation # of payment I get my services suspended every day before the date I promised to pay (suspended everyday this week) . I've spent numerous hours on the phone explaining everyday to another agent what is happening. Most agents are great and realize there is a flaw in the system and turn my services back on. This morning the agent was so rude and implied I don't pay my bills and wasn't deserving of having services with Comcast even though I tried to be polite and I have an arrangement to pay the past due in full today she still refused to help in anyway. As if I wasn't stressed enough about being shut off everyday and then to have this women talk to me that way was unacceptable. What good is having a payment arrangement ?

Hi there. I'm so sorry you're dealing with these issues and have not received the experience, you deserved. I would love the opportunity to look at this for you. I have a home business myself and the bad thing about it is, when business slows down due to the holiday season, our bills keep coming. Can you please send me a PM with your full name, account number (follow link login.xfinity.com/login, account number is at the top right)and address including city, state, and zip code exactly how it reflects on the bill? I totally agree! I made a payment arrangement today and paid the requested $50 fee to establish the agreement. I waited a number of hours after the confirmation was sent and Comcast told me they wouldn't honor the agreement! Seems like a total bait and switch. 

How can they take payment as part of an agreement and then back out? It took 2+ hours to get an answer.
