Pay bill by mail

Where on the Web site does it tell you what address to mail your payment to? I just got my first bill and it came via e-mail, which is fine, and I'm not interested in auto-pay nor in paying online. So where does it tell me the address to mail a check to?

Hi AndoverBeacon.  To locate the correct mailing address for your area, sign into your business account, access your billing statement.  the mailing address will be located on the lower right side of the first page.

On this page:

I see a "Billing Summary" with a link to "View bill details"

 

On the "View bill details" page (https://businessclass.comcast.net/Secure/BillDetails/) I see the Bill Summary again, this time with a link to "View or print full bill."

 

Clicking the "View or print full bill" link downloads a PDF of the statement you referred to, and the mailing address is indeed on the bottom right of the first page.

I did not get a paper bill this month. Need mailing address for billing as I only pay by check

Hello @user_11d76d, thank you for your comment.  Sorry to hear you didn’t receive your paper bill this month. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially if you rely on it to make your payment by check. The best way to find the correct mailing address for your payment is by logging into your account and accessing your billing statement. You’ll be able to find the payment mailing address right on the first page.  Let us know if you have any questions or issues locating the statement.
