Outage

No service in my restaurant. I need an emergency escalation. I am a business customer with a critical service outage affecting my point-of-sale system, phones, and televisions. Sunday is Mother's Day — one of the highest-revenue days of the year. A Tuesday appointment will cost my business thousands of dollars. I need this escalated to a supervisor and I need an emergency dispatch.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Comcast Business" in the "to" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
