Can you guide me how to open a support ticket? this is urgent and i am not able to open ticket.
I am not sure how many other people may have experienced this issue, but on three separate days in the past week I have had phone issues where during a call I initiated, the person I am talking with says they can no longer hear me. It lasts for about 30-45 seconds before one of us ends up hanging up and calling back. I tried to determine if anyone else in the building has had this issue, but wasn’t very successful. I will send an email and ask folks but wanted you to know about this phone issue.
