online bill payment
Long story short......Have been unabled to pay my monthly business invoice. Since the end of last month. Business Customer Support unable to assist. Something about the billing portal they say. Even they were unable to do it with the "waived" $8 (?) fee to do it with them directly. They said wait a few days and try again. I have 10 days grace period they say. Just tried again on Day 10 seeing new bill with what appears to be a $10ish late fee and past due. Still unable to pay via website. Anyone else having this issue? Any assistance from Comcast would be greatly appreciated.

If you're still having this issue please clear your cache and cookies and re-try. If you're still having issues after that please let me know along with what browser you're using.

Yes, I've been having the same problem since early July. I can get all the way to where credit card information is entered. Then when I try to click "Continue" it doesn't work.
