Online Account not reflecting completed installation


My services were installed on 12/12/22, but the account here still shows pending. I am unable to manage my business account or setup mobile service because of this issue. I talked with a representative and my order is completed in their system, but when I sign in to my online account it shows the order is still pending. How can this be resolved?

Im having exactly the same problem. My service was installed, is working but appears on pending on my account of Comcast business.

I cannot schedule my payments or access to any feature.

@user_32cd00, We would be happy to assist you. Please send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
