Number Porting Windstream to Comcast

I've faxed over all the required documents to port phone number to Comcast about 3 weeks ago. But phone number still hasn't been ported yet. I called Comcast several times. But they keep asking me send documents again. Is that anyway that i can check the status of a transfer in progress?

HI weloveki. The Business Service Center informed me that they have not received the Letter of AGency (LOA) document which authorizes Comcast to move the number from Windstream to Comcast.  I have emailed the document to you.  Please sign and fax it to the Business Service Center.
