No refund from credit.

I transfered service to a new location, Comcast forced me to open a new account and cancel old. I kept getting billed for old account and finally the bills stopped but I had over payed. It has now been months and still I have not recieved my refund check. I have made calls about this and they simply say it is processing. Funny how you disconnect my service if I don't pay you.. I think I should disconnect my money flowing to your bank account. I wish I had listened to the many people that told me not to get scamcast...WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET!

I have still not been refunded money for a credit... it has been months.

I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Can you please send me a private message with your account number, any ticket numbers you have received, and the dollar amount that was supposed to be credited?

Simmilar problem here - how do we get the credits form our accounts? Why does comcast try to steal our final amount illegaly?

i am the new owner of a new image hair design Salon .the comcast     peoplle  said the othr owne wojuld be billed to them privatelly.my contract says i only pay  137.00 per month and this is what  i am going to pay!!!!
